At A Lion's Heart Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our cannabis products. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy that allows you to return items within 3 days of receipt.

Return Guidelines:

Eligibility:

- Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt.

- Products must remain in their original condition and have an intact seal.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at alionsheartco@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to process.

Exclusions:

- Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

- Items that have been opened or have a damaged seal cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
